1.
On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. Click the Privacy tab.
3. If the security level is set to Block All Cookies, you can change
it to another setting (we recommend Medium Low). If the security level
is set to Custom, click on Advanced and then on the Accept radio button
under First-party cookies. Then click OK.
4. Click OK.
An alternative is to simply select "Allow Cookies for this Site only".

Then, under Cookies, click Enable for both options.
